We are sorry to hear that you can’t make the trip with us. Depending on how early or late before the departure date your decision to cancel the trip comes, there might be a fee involved. Please double-check the size of the fee from our Cancellation Policy page. After this, please contact our customer service at email@example.com and let us know your order number.
We will start the cancellation process as soon as possible according to our working schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
If you have made your payment by credit card, the money will be transferred directly to your card. However, we reserve one month for the refund.
If you chose the bank transfer payment option, we would require the following information to make the refund.
- Account number (IBAN for European banks)
- Account owner's name and postal address
- Bank's official address
