The first step is to inform us so that we know you won’t be joining us. After this we can send you your reservation confirmation and receipt so that you can apply for compensation through your travel insurance. If you have bought our travel insurance for the trip we can apply for the compensation for you through our insurance company. In this case a 100% compensation is guaranteed, though please note that insurance cases can take several months to be handled.
